🔍 Job Summary
We are looking for skilled CPQ Functional Consultants to work with global clients in optimizing Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes across Quote-to-Cash (QTC) workflows.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document CPQ business requirements.
- Create functional specifications and user stories.
- Configure & test rules, product models, pricing logic, approval workflows, and quote templates.
- Support pre-sales, conduct client workshops, and deliver product demos.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Perform UAT, system testing, and end-user training.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend CPQ best practices.
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements.
💡 Required Skills
- 3–7 years as a CPQ Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, or Apttus/Conga CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) & Sales/Order Management.
- Experience writing functional specs, test cases, and training documentation.
- Ability to work with sales, finance, operations, and IT teams.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
