We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Generative AI Lead Engineer who can drive architecture, guide teams, and build production-grade GenAI solutions at scale.
This is a leadership role requiring deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, Agentic Systems, RAG frameworks, and Cloud platforms.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead Full Stack development using Python, NodeJS, Java, Angular
✅ Architect and design scalable GenAI solutions
✅ Build production-grade Agentic Systems using frameworks like ADK, MCP, A2A protocols
✅ Implement and optimize RAG pipelines & vector databases (Weaviate, etc.)
✅ Work with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Bedrock and models like GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral
✅ Deploy and manage solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP
✅ Develop & host SLMs for production use cases
✅ Implement FinOps strategies for LLM token cost optimization
✅ Evaluate model performance & improve efficiency
✅ Automate SDLC processes using enterprise GenAI tools
🎯 Required Expertise
✔ Deep understanding of LLMs, LangChain, RAG, Tokens, Vector DBs
✔ Experience handling multi-modal data (text, image, audio)
✔ Strong cloud computing experience
✔ Large-scale data processing knowledge
✔ Performance tuning & benchmarking of GenAI systems
✔ Strong problem-solving & leadership skills
