🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Python Technical Architect to lead backend architecture and drive engineering excellence for large-scale healthcare systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in Python, AWS, microservices, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ Architect & lead backend systems for high availability, scalability, and security
✔ Build microservices & REST APIs using Python (Flask)
✔ Design optimized SQL schemas (PostgreSQL, Aurora) with performance tuning
✔ Manage production workloads across AWS Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3
✔ Build CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
✔ Mentor developers; enforce clean code, architecture patterns & reviews
✔ Implement system monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK)
✔ Ensure compliance, data security & uptime for healthcare-grade systems
✔ Convert business needs into engineering solutions with accurate estimations
🔹 Must-Have Skills
🔸 Python, Flask, Celery
🔸 AWS Services → Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3
🔸 Microservices, API Gateway, Distributed Architecture
🔸 SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, Query Optimization
🔸 CI/CD → GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
🔸 Monitoring → ELK Stack, Prometheus, CloudWatch
🔸 Agile/Scrum, Communication, & Team Leadership
🔹 Mandatory Experience
✔ 10+ Years in Backend Engineering + Technical Architecture
✔ Background in high-scale product-based systems
✔ Strong focus on uptime, reliability, and defect-free delivery
✔ US Healthcare IT domain experience (Highly Preferred)
✔ Proven experience mentoring and guiding distributed engineering teams
