🔧 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BAs & Testing Teams to align development with business goals
- Design & deploy AI/ML models for NLP, Vision, GenAI, and Agentic AI projects
- Implement solutions using Azure OpenAI, MS Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Services
- Build agentic AI workflows using MS Autogen, LangChain, Semantic Kernel
- Optimize code and troubleshoot real-time issues
- Develop RAG pipelines, integrate vector stores like Azure Cognitive Search
- Guide pre-UAT testing, handle change requests and production monitoring
- Mentor and upskill junior team members within the AI/ML COE
🧠 Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years of AI/ML/Data Science project delivery
- Strong Python expertise: TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, SpaCy, OpenCV
- Advanced GenAI knowledge: Prompt Engineering, LangChain, MS Autogen
- LLMs, RAG Architecture, Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search)
- API development (SOAP/REST), version control with Git
- Proficient in Azure AI tools: Azure ML, Azure DevOps, Cognitive Services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in rotating shifts (24/7 coverage)
