🎯 Role Overview:
We are seeking a professional skilled in ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB management, and ITIL processes to:
🔹 Design, configure, and maintain accurate service maps within the ServiceNow platform
🔹 Visualize IT infrastructure and business service relationships
🔹 Discover and model dependencies across services
🔹 Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with IT teams for end-to-end service mapping
💼 Requirements:
✔ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping & Discovery
✔ Strong grasp of CMDB and ITIL frameworks
✔ Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
