- Oversee architecture & deployment across enterprise systems
- Collaborate with Business Analysts & stakeholders on solution design
- Ensure adherence to performance, scalability & security standards
- Manage client relationships and internal team collaboration
- Work independently with minimal supervision, delivering quality results
- Guide clients in scenarios where requirements are evolving or unclear
🔹 Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow and enterprise IT systems
- Proven technical leadership across multi-system environments
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent relationship management & stakeholder engagement
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable managing ambiguous requirements and driving clarity
