🔍 Key Focus Areas:

✅ Minimum 3+ years of Delphi development (RAD Studio v11+ preferred)
✅ Must have database experience – ideally SQL Server
✅ Hands-on with SDLC tools – TFS / Azure DevOps
✅ Experience with source control tools – Git, GitHub, or TFVC

💡 Bonus: If you’re experienced in C++, C#, or PowerShell, you’re encouraged to apply even with limited Delphi exposure!

🧩 Role Overview:

As a Delphi Developer, you will support mission-critical business applications, including an actuarial valuation suite with:

🖥️ Desktop-based front-end
⚙️ Distributed calculation engine
🗃️ SQL Server backend
📦 Integrated within a SCRUM team

You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, maintainable, and testable software within an Agile framework.

🛠️ Technical Skills Required:

Delphi RAD Studio (v11+ preferred)
SQL Server & database project execution
Experience in PowerShell, C#, or C++ a plus
Familiarity with financial/statistical/actuarial applications (preferred)
Strong understanding of Agile practices & TDD
Knowledge of automated build and deployment pipelines
