✔ Drive integration architecture (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
✔ Optimize CMDB data model & Service Mapping
✔ Ensure performance, security & compliance standards
✔ Lead upgrades, migrations & transformation initiatives
✔ Mentor developers & enforce coding best practices

✅ ServiceNow Platform Architecture
✅ Scoped Applications
✅ Flow Designer & Integration Hub
✅ Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs
