We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll and hands-on experience in HRSP (HR Support Package) upgrades.
📍 Location: Open / Remote (as per project)
📄 Engagement: Contract / Full-Time
🧑💻 Experience: 6+ Years (German Payroll mandatory)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔ End-to-end implementation & support of SAP HCM German Payroll
✔ Configure and maintain payroll schemas, rules (PCRs), and wage types
✔ Handle HRSP upgrades – impact analysis, testing & issue resolution
✔ Work on payroll enhancements, user exits & custom developments
✔ Troubleshoot payroll issues with detailed root-cause analysis
✔ Support payroll testing cycles – Unit, Integration, UAT
✔ Ensure compliance with German statutory & legal payroll regulations
✔ Prepare functional & technical documentation
🔹 Required Skills & Expertise
✅ Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM German Payroll
✅ Techno-functional expertise (Configuration + Debugging)
✅ HRSP upgrade experience (mandatory)
✅ Deep knowledge of:
- Payroll Schemas & PCRs
- Wage Types
- Time Evaluation integration
- SAP Notes & OSS handling
- Payroll posting & reconciliation
✅ Strong debugging & analytical skills
