🔍 Key Responsibilities & Skills:
✅ 6+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure
✅ Deep knowledge of LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks
✅ Experience with agent memory, planning loops, self-reflection, and execution chains
✅ Proficient in cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and secure, scalable backend development
✅ Hands-on with Python, Go, or Java for API/SDK development
✅ Strong understanding of LLMs, reinforcement learning, or cognitive architectures
✅ Familiarity with vector databases, graph-based memory systems, and identity/policy enforcement
✅ Comfortable building AI-native, secure, and multi-tenant systems
✅ CI/CD, observability, testing, and open-source tooling knowledge
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills in cross-functional environments
💡 Preferred / Bonus Experience:
➕ Knowledge graphs or graph-based identity modeling
➕ AI governance, zero-trust architecture, and compliance in enterprise AI systems
➕ Contributions to open-source LLM or agent frameworks
➕ Experience in identity security or enterprise SaaS platforms
➕ Passion for building safe, human-aligned autonomous systems
