Are you a creative and experienced UI Developer with a strong command of the ServiceNow Service Portal? We’re looking for a talented professional to join our dynamic and fast-growing ServiceNow team!
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Experience: 5+ Years
📝 Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time (based on profile)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & customize ServiceNow Service Portal pages, widgets, and themes
- Build modular, reusable widgets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS
- Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional portal elements
- Optimize performance & ensure cross-browser responsiveness
- Work closely with back-end developers & stakeholders
- Adhere to accessibility standards and branding guidelines
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of front-end experience with focus on ServiceNow Service Portal
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS (1.x), jQuery
- Experience with UI Macros, UI Scripts, Glide APIs
- Strong attention to detail and eye for clean, responsive UI
- Agile/Scrum experience
🎯 Preferred:
- ServiceNow CAD or CSA Certification
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, WCAG guidelines
- Experience with ITSM, HRSD, or CSM portals
