🔧 Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work in a fast-paced team, helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include:
- Delegating effectively and coaching peers
- Applying critical thinking to solve unstructured problems
- Delivering quality outcomes while upholding ethics and integrity
- Building relationships and communicating clearly with stakeholders
🧩 Functional Skills:
- Strong experience in Quote to Cash / CRM to ERP cycles
- Expertise in Oracle CPQ: Product Config, Commerce Process, Pricing, Document Designer
- Deep BML scripting knowledge
- Experience with ATO/PTO model cycles
- CRM integrations: Salesforce / OSC
- ABO functionality experience
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation cycles
- Onshore-Offshore collaboration experience
👨💻 Technical Skills:
- Hands-on with HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, JSON, AJAX
- Strong in BML coding within Oracle CPQ
- Experience with XSL snippets in Document Designer
- SOAP-based web services, ERP/CRM integrations
- Ability to install & modify ABO packages
- Salesforce integration expertise
- Tech documentation & solution design
