📊 Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs & metrics
📈 Design and build ServiceNow PA dashboards & applications
🛠️ Implement indicators, widgets, breakdowns, and more
📉 Deliver real-time visibility into trends, performance, and forecasts
🔧 Ensure performance and best practices for PA solutions
✅ Good to Have Skills:
✔ JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs
✔ ServiceNow Admin expertise – UI Macros, ACLs, Import Sets, Update Sets, etc.
