We’re looking for a Rust Tech Lead to drive the architecture and development of high-performance backend services for our connected device ecosystem. In this role, you’ll also mentor a work-study student and help shape the future of our tech stack.
💡 What You’ll Do
- Architect and develop scalable Rust microservices
- Ensure performance, reliability, and seamless integration with connected devices
- Collaborate across DevOps, security, product, and architecture teams
- Mentor and grow a work-study developer
- Lead with a balance of autonomy, vision, and collaboration
⚙️ Tech Environment
- Languages: Rust (sync + async), Protocol Buffers
- Cloud/Infra: Azure IoT, Kafka, Redis
- Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Process: Agile, OKR-driven, fast-paced and collaborative
✅ What You Bring
- Strong proficiency in Rust and system programming
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- A proactive mindset and ability to mentor and lead
- Fluent in technical English (spoken & written)
