🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a Generative AI Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale GenAI & LLM solutions. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with architectural leadership, ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure GenAI solutions using LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral).
Architect RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Weaviate, FAISS, ElasticSearch.
Lead prompt engineering and evaluation for accuracy, safety, and contextual relevance.
Collaborate with product & data teams to integrate GenAI into enterprise workflows.
Build reusable modules (function calling, Q&A bots, summarization, document chat).
Deploy workloads on AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI.
Ensure observability & monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
Apply MLOps best practices – CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, rollbacks.
Research & prototype multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, fine-tuning.
Implement data governance, security, and compliance protocols.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

10+ years in AI/ML (with 3+ years in GenAI/LLMs).
Strong Python expertise with Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI SDKs.
Hands-on with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant).
Experience deploying on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI.
Expertise in RAG pipelines, chat-based apps, and summarization engines.
Familiarity with LLM orchestration tools (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Strong background in MLOps (MLflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI).
Knowledge of hallucination control, prompt injection mitigation, LLMOps.
Ability to evaluate models using BERTScore, BLEU, GPTScore.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.

💡 Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience fine-tuning open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) with LoRA/QLoRA.
Exposure to multi-modal AI (text + image, voice assistants).
Industry-specific expertise (Healthcare, BFSI, Legal, EdTech).
Published papers, patents, or open-source contributions in GenAI.
