We are hiring a Performance Testing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in K6 and Retail / E-Commerce domain performance testing!

🧠 Experience: 6+ Years
💼 Mode: Contract / Full-time
🔹 Mandatory Skills:
- Performance Testing Tools: K6 (Mandatory), JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, OctoPerf, or BlazeMeter
- Retail / E-Commerce Domain experience
- APM Tools: New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus (for performance analysis)
- Strong debugging of backend performance bottlenecks — JVM, Node.js, Go, CPU, GC, threads
- Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
💪 Role Highlights:
- Execute end-to-end performance testing, profiling, and optimization of retail systems
- Analyze key performance metrics and tune system bottlenecks
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve system scalability
- Contribute to continuous improvement of performance engineering practices
