- Maintain system performance, assist with upgrades, and create documentation.
- Suggest workflow and automation improvements.
🧠 Skills: ServiceNow Administration, ITSM, CMDB, ITIL, Reporting, Ticketing Tools.
2️⃣ ServiceNow Architect (8+ Years)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead platform design, integration, and governance for scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Architect solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HRSD modules.
- Guide developers, ensure performance optimization, and manage integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
- Enforce platform security and governance standards.
🧠 Skills: CMDB Design, Architecture Governance, Scripting, Integration, ITIL.
🎓 Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect.
3️⃣ ServiceNow Project Manager (5–10 Years)
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ServiceNow project lifecycles from initiation to go-live.
- Create project plans, track milestones, and lead stakeholder communication.
- Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and alignment with business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and Agile ceremonies.
🧠 Skills: Project Planning, Agile/Scrum, Risk Management, Resource Allocation.
🎓 Preferred: PMP / ITIL / Agile Scrum Master Certified.
