🧠 Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep architectural expertise, leadership capability, and a vision for building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the ServiceNow architectural roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
- Lead design and development across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules.
- Architect complex integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers.
- Govern platform standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Manage upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Design and enhance CMDB, service catalogs, workflows, and automations.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical mentoring, and quality assurance.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science or IT.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
- Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules – ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine.
- Strong knowledge of platform architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, Jelly), and integrations.
- Familiar with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and workflow automation.
- Certifications preferred – ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
🌟 Bonus / Preferred:
- Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and multi-domain setups.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Leadership experience mentoring technical teams.
