🔧 Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage robust ML/AI pipelines for marketing analytics—covering training, batch insights, and on-demand optimization. You will collaborate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to transform models into scalable, secure, and production-ready services.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Convert research-based Python scripts into production-grade SageMaker jobs, processing, training, evaluation, and model registry.
- Build and manage ML pipelines using AWS SageMaker, Step Functions, and ECR with artifact versioning (S3).
- Automate batch insights generation and publish model artifacts for downstream consumption.
- Implement low-latency caching using DynamoDB + DAX with TTL/invalidation strategies.
- Develop on-demand inference services using AWS Lambda/ECS.
- Set up monitoring & alerting for costs, performance, and SLAs using CloudWatch.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows using GitHub Actions and IaC with Terraform.
- Ensure strong security governance (IAM, encryption, private networking).
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineers on data readiness and release criteria.
🧠 Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on MLOps / ML Engineering experience in production environments.
- Strong AWS expertise – SageMaker Pipelines, Step Functions, Lambda, ECR, EventBridge, DynamoDB, DAX.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Docker, and cloud-native ML deployment.
- Proven experience in batch ML pipelines, artifact management, and CI/CD automation.
- Hands-on with GitHub Actions, Terraform, Spacelift, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across DE/DS teams.
🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in deploying and maintaining ML models in production.
- Strong portfolio showcasing automation, scalability, and cost-optimized ML systems.
