Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect (SAP SD) with strong Techno-Functional expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and ABAP troubleshooting. This individual will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead architecture, integration, and solution delivery initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.
The role demands a blend of technical depth and functional acumen, with the ability to design scalable solutions, align architecture with business goals, and collaborate across cross-functional global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture design and strategy for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and related business capabilities.
- Develop and deliver solution blueprints, including system maps, architecture diagrams, integration designs, and data models.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications that align with enterprise standards.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and delivery teams to design and implement robust, integrated SAP solutions.
- Lead design discussions for SAP Order-to-Cash processes, EDI/IDoc integrations, and custom developments in ABAP.
- Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise security, data governance, and architectural frameworks.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and review technical designs for quality and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, innovations, and industry trends.
Candidate Requirements
✅ Mandatory Skills:
- Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal).
- SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) SME – End-to-end implementation & support experience.
- Strong ABAP development & troubleshooting skills.
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Software Engineering, and High-Level Design (HLD) creation.
- Hands-on experience with EDI, IDocs, and system integrations.
- Experience working in complex, multi-application environments (SAP & Non-SAP).
- Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Business Analysts to design innovative technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and architecture governance processes.
🎯 Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BI/ETL, EDI, or integrated ERP ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage offshore/onshore teams and coordinate across time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
