Hiring: Salesforce Developer (CPQ / Revenue Cloud)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Apex, LWC, Integrations, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in building scalable, secure, and high-performance quote-to-cash solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Develop end-to-end Salesforce features and enhancements using Apex, LWC, and Flow
Build high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Configure & customize Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud for quote-to-cash processes
Collaborate with product owners, BAs, QA, and cross-functional teams for requirement alignment
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using Informatica (ETL & data sync)
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Gearset
Apply and enforce Salesforce coding best practices & design patterns
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Stay current with Salesforce releases and propose continuous improvements

✔ Basic Qualifications

Strong, proven experience in Salesforce CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud
Hands-on development expertise in:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Orchestrations)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using Informatica Cloud / IICS
Strong knowledge of Salesforce:
- Data model
- Role/permission model
- Governor limits & performance optimization
Experience implementing CI/CD using Gearset
Strong code review skills & ability to mentor peers
Excellent communication skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Certifications:
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Revenue Cloud Consultant
Expertise in building modular, reusable LWC design systems
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical thinking with ownership mindset
