Core Technical Expertise (Must-Have)

Python – Strong backend engineering experience
Microservices Architecture – Designing & building scalable backend services
REST API Development
MongoDB – Schema design, complex queries, performance tuning
Kafka – Event-driven architecture, producers/consumers, streaming
Redis Cache – Caching strategies, performance optimization
Cloud Experience – AWS / Azure / GCP (any one is a big plus)
Excellent Communication Skills – Non-negotiable
