🚀 Hiring: DevOps / MLOps Engineer (AI Factory)

We’re looking for highly skilled DevOps/MLOps Engineers to enable scalable, secure, and automated AI/ML solution delivery within our AI Factory. This role bridges development and operations across SAP, cloud-native platforms, LLM/agentic systems, and enterprise AI environments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Piper, MLFlow
Automate software, model training, packaging, testing, and deployment workflows

Cloud & Infrastructure

Deploy and manage solutions across Azure (preferred), AWS, GCP, SAP BTP
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tools
Optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency

Agentic AI & MLOps

Support LLM and agent workflows ( LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack )
Implement AgentOps for lifecycle tracking, evaluation, and observability
Monitor model drift, data drift, concept drift, and system performance

Collaboration

Work with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Owners
Integrate DevOps practices throughout the AI lifecycle
Ensure smooth delivery of AI features and production-ready ML pipelines

Continuous Improvement

Drive automation, standardization, and best practices
Improve pipeline reliability, monitoring, observability, and security
Foster DevOps/MLOps culture across teams

🛠 Skills & Experience

Required

Bachelor’s / Master’s in CS, Data Science, or related field
Strong scripting: Python, Bash, Shell
Expertise with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow
Cloud experience: Azure (preferred), AWS/GCP optional, SAP BTP familiarity
Strong with Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Experience with LLM orchestration & agentic frameworks:
- LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack
Deep understanding of MLOps best practices
- drift detection, observability, lineage, monitoring
Strong commitment to security, governance, and compliance
