We are seeking an exceptional Data Science & AI Engineer who can seamlessly blend deep technical expertise with Business Analysis / Pre-Sales consulting skills. This is a high-visibility client-facing role requiring strong ownership, communication, and solutioning capabilities.

🔍 About the Role

You will function as a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales functions, and partnering with customer teams to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI infrastructure solutions.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Customer Engagement

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the right AI/infra solutions.
  • Drive AI infrastructure adoption across enterprise clients.
  • Represent the team professionally with strong business acumen.

Execution & Delivery

  • Work independently as a proactive self-starter in fast-paced environments.
  • Lead solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
  • Partner with pre-sales, AEs, and cross-functional teams for ABM & ABS strategies.

AI & Data Technical Leadership

  • Architect AI systems, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Build and deploy AI infrastructure:
    • Model development
    • Data collection for training
    • On-prem & cloud hosting of AI assets
    • Building inference pipelines
    • Developing RAG frameworks & agent-based architectures
    • Delivering complete AI-powered applications
  • Integrate AI applications with external platforms and UIs.
  • Apply ML workflows, MLOps practices, and modern tools.

✔ Deep expertise in Data Science & Data Engineering
✔ Hands-on AI Infrastructure development (end-to-end)
✔ Experience with cloud-native AI systems, deployment & hosting
✔ Strong understanding of RAG, LLM pipelines, agent systems
✔ Ability to design data pipelines and intelligent applications
✔ Knowledge of ML workflows + MLOps tools
✔ Ability to integrate AI solutions with UI layers & third-party systems
✔ Strong customer-first mindset, proactive attitude, and autonomous execution
✔ Excellent communication + ability to act as BA/Pre-sales consultant
