Overview

Our end client recently faced a cyber-attack and is executing a high-priority recovery program. We are hiring two experienced Program Managers—one for Security Recovery and one for Infrastructure Recovery—to lead and coordinate workstreams across multiple teams.

1. Program Manager – Security Recovery (Cyber Security)

Experience: Minimum 6 years (must be capable of leading overall Security Recovery workstream)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate overall security recovery across 5 major workstreams.
  • Manage implementations in:
    • CyberArk
    • Physical Security Systems
    • Other enterprise security systems
  • Drive end-to-end closure of multiple Security recovery tracks.
  • Lead SecOps Remodelling initiative next year.
  • Oversee reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Experience

  • Strong background in incident recovery / cyber remediation.
  • Experience with CyberArk and security operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a post-incident environment.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

2. Program Manager – Infrastructure Recovery

Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate infra recovery operations across cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Manage:
    • Server rebuilds
    • Azure systems recovery
    • Google Cloud Platform recovery
  • Track timelines, resolve issues, and report status.
  • Collaborate with Infra, Cloud, and Ops teams for seamless execution.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in infra recovery or post-cyber-attack restoration.
  • Strong understanding of Azure, GCP, servers, and enterprise infra.
  • Good communication and program management capabilities.
