📌 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in RCM (Recruiting Management) and Onboarding 2.0, including end-to-end implementation and SAP ECC integration experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SuccessFactors RCM & Onboarding 2.0 implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation including:
- Workbooks
- User Manuals
- Test Scripts
Execute configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
Work closely with SAP ECC teams for smooth integration processes.
Provide post-go-live enhancements, support, and continuous improvements.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

8+ years total experience, with 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong hands-on experience in RCM and Onboarding 2.0 modules.
Mandatory end-to-end implementation experience.
Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ECC.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work remotely with occasional office visits in Bangalore.
