Role: Python / FastAPI Backend Developer (RL GYM Project)
Engagement Length: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance & engagement)
Total Openings: 70
Work Type: Remote
Commitment: 8 Hours/Day | 40 Hours/Week

🎯 Experience Required (STRICT – Must Meet Criteria)
4+ years of professional Python development
3+ years of strong, hands-on experience with FastAPI
Proven experience with:
REST APIs
Async programming
API lifecycle management
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
(Testing, CI/CD, version control, design patterns)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
⚠️ Only strong Python + FastAPI backend profiles should be submitted.
Profiles not meeting the above criteria should NOT be shared.
⭐ Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to Reinforcement Learning environments:
OpenAI Gym, Gymnasium, Stable Baselines, or custom RL environments
SQL experience
Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
🧠 Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Python Backend Developers with strong FastAPI expertise to support an advanced Reinforcement Learning (RL) Gym project. You will build scalable, production-grade APIs and backend services to support RL experiments and simulations.
👉 Prior RL experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain FastAPI-based backend services
Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers on training and evaluation APIs
Write scalable, high-performance, production-grade Python code
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize backend pipelines
