💼 Role: Ruby on Rails Architect
🌍 Location: Remote
⏳ Experience: 8+ Years (Mandatory)
📅 Engagement: Contract
🕐 Time Zone: Must have minimum 4 hours overlap with PST
⚡ Interview Process: 2 Rounds Only
🔧 Key Requirements:
✔️ 8+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails
✔️ Strong expertise in architecture, system design & scalability
✔️ Experience leading backend architecture decisions & code reviews
✔️ Proficient in PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis & REST APIs
✔️ Experience with Microservices, CI/CD & AWS (preferred)
✔️ Ability to mentor developers & define best practices
✔️ Strong client communication skills
