🔹 Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer with strong expertise in HRSD implementation, customization, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering scalable and efficient HR workflows while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions
✅ Implement Employee Center, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management
✅ Design and build workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
✅ Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Catalog Items
✅ Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST / SOAP APIs
✅ Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
✅ Follow ServiceNow development best practices and documentation standards
🔹 Required Skills
✔️ 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
✔️ Strong experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
✔️ Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management
✔️ Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting
✔️ Good understanding of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow platform architecture
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
