📌 Position: ServiceNow ITSM Developer
📌 Experience: 4–6 Years
📌 Location: Hyderabad (Onsite/Hybrid)
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✔️ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions
✔️ Configure and customize modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
✔️ Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations
✔️ Work on Service Catalog, SLA, and CMDB enhancements
✔️ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
✔️ Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance
🎯 Required Skills
✔️ Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules
✔️ Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
✔️ Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)
✔️ Good understanding of ITIL processes
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
🎓 Certification (Mandatory)
✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
✅ ITSM-related certifications preferred
