✅ 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
✅ Strong implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM)
✅ Proven expertise in Domain Separation architecture, configuration, and implementation
✅ Experience with:

Case Management
Customer & Consumer Service Portals
Playbooks
Service Catalog
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
✅ Strong knowledge of:
ACLs
Scoped Applications
Business Rules

UI Policies
UI Actions
✅ Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs
✅ Good understanding of CMDB, Platform Security, and ServiceNow best practices
✅ Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
🎯 Responsibilities
Design and implement Domain Separation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and customize Customer Service Management (CSM) applications.
Configure secure multi-tenant environments using Domain Separation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution architects.
Develop scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
