🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Consultant with strong expertise in GRC modules to drive implementation, customization, and optimization of risk and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
🔧 Mandatory Skills
✔ ServiceNow IRM / GRC Implementation
✔ Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management
✔ ServiceNow Development (Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies)
✔ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Platform & CMDB
✔ JavaScript, Glide scripting
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions
✔ Configure modules like Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management
✔ Customize workflows, forms, and dashboards as per business requirements
✔ Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems
✔ Work on risk frameworks, controls, and compliance tracking
✔ Develop reports and dashboards for risk visibility and governance
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
✔ Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability
🎯 Required Experience
✔ 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with IRM/GRC focus
✔ Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation
✔ Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes
✔ Experience with ServiceNow scripting & integrations
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Good to Have
➕ ServiceNow IRM/GRC Certification
➕ Experience with SecOps / ITSM integration
➕ Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)
