  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Strong Oracle DB skills — essential
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
  • Ability to review code and mentor junior developers
  • Strong delivery mindset with a focus on First-Time-Right / Zero-Defect releases
