We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with strong experience in ServiceNow testing, especially around Enterprise Architect (EA) modules. If you’re passionate about quality, automation planning, and enterprise systems — this role is for you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define test strategy, test scenarios, and traceability matrix
✅ Coordinate with functional teams & manage UAT execution
✅ Drive defect triage, retesting, and sign-off activities
✅ Contribute to automation planning wherever applicable
🛠️ Required Skills:
✔️ 5–8 years in QA with focus on ServiceNow platform
✔️ Strong hands-on testing in Enterprise Architect modules
✔️ Experience in form design, business rules, flow designer, and scripting
✔️ Proficient in integration testing (REST/SOAP APIs)
✔️ Familiar with ITIL processes & best practices
✔️ Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
✔️ Mandatory: ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
