🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ECC rollouts and at least one S/4HANA RISE with SAP implementation or support project.
Experience in Fashion/Retail is preferred.
The ideal candidate must be strong in MM core processes, cross-functional integrations, and SAP Activate methodology.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead SAP MM implementations & rollouts across ECC and S/4HANA with focus on Fashion/Retail
✔ Configure & optimize:
• Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Vendor Management
• MRP
✔ Design custom enhancements using BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, and Enhancements
✔ Perform fit-gap analysis, blueprinting & prepare functional specs
✔ Ensure smooth integration with SD, FI, and other modules
✔ Support data migration, cutover, UAT, and go-live
✔ Ensure solutions align with localization, compliance & industry best practices
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Supply Chain or related field
🔹 8–10 years SAP MM experience (ECC rollout + S/4HANA RISE with SAP)
🔹 Strong Fashion/Retail industry expertise
🔹 Strong collaboration with ABAP teams for enhancements
🔹 Familiarity with SAP Activate & cloud deployment models
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✨ Nice-to-Have Skills
⭐ SAP FMS / AFS / S/4 Fashion
⭐ SAP BTP, CPI, Integration Suite
⭐ SAP SD exposure
⭐ SAP MM or S/4HANA Certification
⭐ Knowledge of Singapore procurement & tax
