We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong full-stack development skills and hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into CRM workflows. This role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions, building modern UI components, developing APIs, and integrating external AI/LLM services into the Salesforce ecosystem.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and custom UI features
- Develop and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs
- Implement GenAI/LLM integrations within Salesforce
- Work on full-stack components using Node.js / Python / Java
- Integrate external AI services with CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, AI, DevOps)
- Ensure best practices in performance, security & maintainability
🧠 Required Skills
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, Flows
- Full-stack development experience with Node.js / Python / Java
- Proficiency with REST & GraphQL APIs
- Experience integrating LLMs / Generative AI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- DevOps experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Copado, or similar
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (PD1/PD2, Architect Track, etc.)
- Experience with RAG pipelines or AI-driven search
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Einstein GPT, or Salesforce Copilot
- Familiarity with vector databases & AI orchestration frameworks
