We are urgently looking for experienced .NET + React Developers who can work independently during night shift hours and collaborate with global teams.

🔹 Position: .NET – React Developer
🔹 Experience: 6+ Years
🔹 Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
🔹 Location: Remote (if any specific location is required, tell me to add)
🔹 Duration: Long-term / Full-time (customizable as needed)

🔧 Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in .NET / .NET Core
Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Experience in building scalable REST APIs and microservices
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end architecture
Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, DevOps pipelines (Azure/AWS optional – can add)
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and independent working ability

🌙 Shift Requirements

Comfortable working night shift (7:30 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
Ability to collaborate with global teams across time zones
Strong communication and ownership mindset
