We’re seeking a Senior MongoDB Developer / Data Modeler for a strategic, consulting-only engagement—no coding involved. This role focuses on advisory, architecture evaluation, and data modeling strategy in backend transformation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a technical consultant across cross-functional teams, with an emphasis on hybrid data ecosystems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate MongoDB’s suitability for backend architecture use cases
- Deliver expert data modeling guidance & architectural advisory
- Validate and challenge technical decisions through a strategic lens
- Recommend hybrid solutions involving MongoDB + Snowflake/RDBMS
- Provide trade-off analyses between NoSQL and RDBMS
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain experts (especially in manufacturing/supply chain)
✅ Required Skills:
- 5+ years of MongoDB architecture and data modeling experience
- Prior experience in consulting/advisory (non-development) roles
- Knowledge of hybrid data ecosystems (MongoDB + Snowflake/RDBMS)
- Strong grasp of large-scale data modeling strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience with manufacturing or supply chain domains (e.g., BOM structures)
- Ability to translate technical architecture into business value
