🔍 About the Requirement

We are hiring two Program Managers to support a global client undergoing post–cyber-attack recovery. These roles will drive end-to-end program execution across Security Recovery and Infrastructure Recovery workstreams.

One of the two PMs must have 6+ years of relevant experience and will lead the overall Security Recovery Workstream.

Both PMs can work remotely, but weekly onsite presence (1 day per week) at the client’s nearest Bangalore office is mandatory for verification and coordination.

1️⃣ Role: Program Manager – Security Recovery

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Security Recovery workstream involving multiple parallel teams
  • Coordinate across 5+ security streams to ensure aligned recovery and closure
  • Oversee and track progress of security-related restoration activities post cyber-attack
  • Drive implementation & stabilization of:
    ✔ CyberArk
    ✔ Physical Security Systems
    ✔ Other Enterprise Security Systems
  • Lead SecOps Operating Model transformation planned for next year
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, risk teams, and cybersecurity SMEs
  • Report progress, blockers, and remediation plans to leadership

Required Skills

  • 6+ years in Cyber Security Program/Project Management
  • Prior experience in cyber-attack recovery or IT Security crisis management
  • Hands-on exposure to:
    ✔ Privileged Access Management (CyberArk)
    ✔ Physical Security Systems
    ✔ Identity/Access Management, SOC processes
  • Strong coordination, governance, communication, and risk-handling abilities
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and high-pressure recovery programs

2️⃣ Role: Program Manager – Infrastructure Recovery

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive restoration and rebuilding of core infra post cyber incident
  • Coordinate server rebuild, configuration, and deployment activities
  • Lead recovery efforts across:
    ✔ Azure Cloud Systems
    ✔ Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    ✔ Windows/Linux Server Environments
  • Work closely with Infra, Cloud, AppOps, and Security teams to track progress
  • Develop recovery dashboards, reports, and governance mechanisms
  • Ensure infra readiness before applications/services resume

Required Skills

  • Strong background in Infrastructure Program Management
  • Experience recovering large-scale infra after outages or cyber incidents
  • Deep understanding of:
    ✔ Azure Cloud
    ✔ GCP
    ✔ Server build, configuration & migration
  • Strong stakeholder coordination & execution management capability
