🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue & PySpark
✅ Develop and optimize PySpark scripts for large-scale structured & unstructured data
✅ Integrate Glue with AWS services (S3, Redshift, RDS, Lambda, Athena, Step Functions)
✅ Implement data quality checks, validation, and monitoring
✅ Optimize ETL jobs for performance, scalability & cost-effectiveness
✅ Collaborate with data engineers, analysts & business teams for accurate data delivery
🔹 Required Skills
- 5–6+ years in Data Engineering / ETL Development
- 3+ years in AWS Glue & PySpark
- Strong expertise in PySpark, Spark SQL, and distributed data processing
- AWS stack: S3, Glue Catalog, Redshift, RDS, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch
- Data modeling, partitioning, and SQL (RDBMS & NoSQL)
- CI/CD pipelines, Git & Agile methodology
- Excellent communication & debugging skills
