We are looking for a passionate Data Scientist to design and implement advanced ML/NLP models supporting Next Best Action (NBA) strategies and cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Build, train & validate ML models for prediction, classification & clustering (NBA use cases)
✅ Conduct EDA on structured & unstructured data to extract actionable insights
✅ Develop A/B testing frameworks & pipelines for continuous model monitoring
✅ Build vectorization & embedding pipelines (Word2Vec, BERT, SBERT)
✅ Implement RAG pipelines with LangChain / Haystack / custom frameworks
✅ Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate)
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product & Marketing teams
✅ Present insights clearly to both technical & non-technical stakeholders
🔹 Required Skills
- Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Text embeddings & vectorization (Word2Vec, BERT, SBERT, etc.)
- Prompt Engineering + RAG (LangChain, Haystack, custom)
- Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- NLP expertise: NER, classification, topic modeling
- ML algorithms: supervised learning, recommendation systems
- Exposure to cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
