As a Dynamics CRM Lead Developer, you’ll be part of a talented DEV team creating and supporting business-critical applications. You’ll lead CRM initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of scalable, high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Manage team members and mentor junior developers as required
- Translate user requirements into CRM configurations, workflows, and custom solutions
- Handle CRM integration, workflows, and business rules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business alignment and technical excellence
- Maintain and support applications across multiple environments
Required Skills & Expertise:
✅ 9+ years of total IT experience (5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development)
✅ Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform, entity model, and security model
✅ Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, ADO.NET
✅ Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
✅ Experience with DevOps, Agile-Scrum, and Azure cloud services
✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to articulate technical solutions clearly
✅ Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
