🔧 Key Skills Required
✅ .NET – Application support & performance debugging
✅ ServiceNow – Incident, change, and problem management
✅ AppDynamics – Application performance monitoring & alerting
✅ Hands-on scripting for automation & self-healing
✅ Experience with RCA frameworks, incident trend analysis, and proactive monitoring
✅ Strong knowledge of log analysis, event correlation, and alert tuning
✨ Nice to Have:
➕ Familiarity with Splunk
➕ API testing using Postman, Swagger
➕ Experience with test automation tools – Selenium, JMeter
➕ Light scripting: PowerShell, Bash, or Python
➕ Azure certification (AZ-104 preferred)
➕ Domain experience in travel/cruise industry
