We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 HCM Expert to join our team for a long-term project engagement.
🔹 Role: SAP S/4 HCM Expert
🔹 Location: Remote (Offshore)
🔹 Duration: ASAP – June 2026
🔹 Workload: Full-time (100%)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deployment-related configuration and support for S/4 HCM.
- Manage BIB configuration and SuccessFactors to S/4 replication.
- Work on Business Partner / Employee-as-Customer processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
✅ Required Skills:
- Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HCM (preferably in deployment projects).
- Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting SAP SF → S/4 replication (BIB addon).
- Working knowledge of Employee Central (EC) in SuccessFactors.
