We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, and performance across complex ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) implementations.

- 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow QA testing, specifically within ITOM modules.
- Strong hands-on experience in discovery, event management, and integrations testing.
- Proficient in manual and automation QA methodologies for ServiceNow platforms.
- Excellent understanding of ITOM workflows and CMDB relationships.
- Strong documentation, defect tracking, and collaboration skills with development teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
