We are seeking a Staff DBA with strong expertise in large-scale database environments, across both RDBMS and NoSQL, to manage, optimize, and scale mission-critical systems in the cloud.
🔹 Skill Checklist (Please confirm with years of experience)
- ✅ 8–12 yrs DBA experience in large-scale environments
- ✅ Strong RDBMS knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- ✅ NoSQL experience (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
- ✅ Expertise in SQL, PL/pgSQL, or equivalent scripting
- ✅ Database design, indexing, partitioning, performance tuning
- ✅ Backup, recovery, HA/DR, clustering, replication
- ✅ Cloud DB services: AWS RDS, Aurora, GCP SQL, Azure SQL
- ✅ Scripting skills: Python, Shell, Bash
- ✅ Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog
- ✅ Production troubleshooting & optimization
- ✅ Strong collaboration, documentation & communication skills
