⭐ Mandatory Skills

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
GraphQL & REST APIs
JavaScript design patterns
Frontend testing tools: Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Playwright

🧩 What You’ll Do

Lead enterprise-scale frontend architecture
Collaborate with AEM, Commerce, Cloud & Enterprise Architects
Define coding standards, design guidelines & best practices
Translate architectural vision into actionable engineering plans
Mentor UI teams & ensure high-quality delivery
Evaluate new technologies and drive modernization
Promote reusable UI components & design systems
Optimize performance, scalability, accessibility, and security
Oversee PWA, headless architecture & modern frontend workflows

🔧 Technical Expertise

Advanced JavaScript + React/Redux or Vue.js
CSS frameworks: Tailwind, SASS, LESS, BEM methodology
UI design systems & Atomic Design principles
PWA development, Headless CMS integrations
Node.js, Webpack, Babel, Gulp/Grunt
Core Web Vitals, Web performance optimization
Testing frameworks: Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Playwright
Experience with AEM / eCommerce platforms is highly preferred
