🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Accounts Payable Operations (APO) to design and implement scalable solutions for finance workflows. This role focuses on automating invoice processing, approvals, vendor management, and seamless integration with enterprise ERP systems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Architect and implement ServiceNow solutions for Accounts Payable Operations
✔ Gather requirements from finance stakeholders and translate into scalable designs
✔ Automate invoice processing, approvals, vendor onboarding, and exception handling
✔ Integrate ServiceNow with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems
✔ Lead technical design reviews and enforce best practices & governance
✔ Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization
✔ Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and production issues
✔ Mentor developers and maintain technical documentation
🎯 Required Skills
✔ 11+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
✔ Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect
✔ Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable processes
✔ Strong knowledge of:
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
Glide APIs
Business Rules
Client Scripts
Script Includes
✔ Experience in ERP integrations (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
➕ ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CAD / CTA)
➕ Experience with ITSM & enterprise workflow automation
➕ Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programs
