🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Consultants/Developers with strong expertise across HRSD, IRM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, customization, and integration within enterprise environments.
🔧 Mandatory Skills
✔ ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery)
✔ ServiceNow IRM / GRC
✔ ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
✔ CMDB (Design, Implementation, Governance)
✔ ServiceNow Development (Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes)
✔ JavaScript / Glide scripting
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Implement and customize ServiceNow modules (HRSD, IRM, ITOM)
✔ Design, maintain, and optimize CMDB architecture and data quality
✔ Work on Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management
✔ Configure workflows, UI policies, and automation
✔ Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and enterprise systems
✔ Ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and scalability
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and delivery
🎯 Required Experience
✔ 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
✔ Strong hands-on across multiple modules (HRSD, IRM, ITOM, CMDB)
✔ Experience in end-to-end implementations
✔ Good understanding of enterprise ITSM and GRC processes
✔ Excellent communication and client-facing skills
⭐ Good to Have
➕ ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CIS – HRSD / IRM / ITOM)
➕ Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
➕ Exposure to cloud environments
