We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Consultant with strong expertise in Metric Intelligence (SN AIOPs) and enterprise monitoring integrations.
📍 Position: ServiceNow ITOM Event Management Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years
Work Location: Remote
Availability: Immediate Joiners / Bench Profiles Preferred
🔹 Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management
Proven experience in configuring Metric Intelligence (SN AIOPs)
Experience integrating Azure Monitor with ServiceNow
Experience integrating ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana) with ServiceNow
Expertise in Event Rules, Alert Correlation, Event Processing, and Alert Management
Hands-on experience with MID Server configuration and monitoring integrations
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping
Experience with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and automation
Good understanding of IT Operations processes and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🎯 Responsibilities
Configure and implement ServiceNow ITOM Event Management solutions.
Configure and optimize Metric Intelligence (SN AIOPs).
Integrate monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and ELK with the ServiceNow platform.
Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation, and Event Processing.
Troubleshoot integration and production issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure and monitoring teams to improve operational visibility.
Follow ServiceNow development and implementation best practices.
